The team behind Blu Canary Capital.
Three people who would rather build companies than talk about building companies.

Rachael Donham

Humberto Torres

Operations background spanning large-scale live events including Super Bowl and World Cup logistics. Brings process discipline to early-stage companies that need to ship without breaking.
How we got here
Blu Canary Capital started as a simple observation: most of the cost in running a business is people doing repetitive coordination work. Scheduling, data entry, follow-ups, reporting — necessary but not differentiated. AI got good enough to handle it. We decided to build companies that way from the start.
SparkJAR was the first — an AI operations platform that lets founders run businesses with tiny teams. Meydomo followed, proving the model in real estate. Epiq Aminos and Epiq Brands extended into physical products and commerce.
We're not a fund. We don't take outside capital. We build companies we own, operate them with small teams, and reinvest what they earn. That's the whole model.
